Order and payment

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You will need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

Orders can be changed or cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change or cancel an order.

How do I use a discount code?

When validating your basket, enter your discount code in the field provided for this purpose, and click on "Apply". The reduction will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Typically, standard deliveries take between 7-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to many countries. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy?

You may return unused items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the products are in their original condition and with their packaging intact.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items. The refund will be issued via the same method of payment used for the purchase.
